Hybrid Mode
To accommodate participants attending the conference, the conference is to be held in hybrid mode. You may choose to join the conference online or in-personally. However, the physical seats are not yet guaranteed due to seating limitation as the preventive measure against COVID-19. We will inform you for the arrangement via email in due course.
Venue: Agile Sports Hall, 1/F, Jockey Club Campus,Hong Kong Metropolitan University, 81 Chung Hau Street, Ho Man Tin
An email with the Zoom link and password would be sent to you about 1 week prior to the event.
To accommodate international attendees in different time zones, the conference will be recorded and the video recording will be made available afterward.
Concurrent Presentation Session
Please note the concurrent paper and poster presentation session are available online only.
Conference Evaluation Form
The advice and comments of the participants are vital for us to keep improving the conference. As such, please fill out the online conference evaluation form, which would be sent out via email or you may scan the QR code shown below.
CNE Evaluation Sheet (For Nurse)
The conference is a Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) activity by which nurses could be entitled to obtain 12 points. Same as the conference evaluation form, the CNE evaluation sheet would be sent via email. After filling out the form, qualified participants would be given CNE e-certificates.

Souvenir
To show our appreciation, a cool souvenir would be given to the onsite participants and mailed to the online participants by post after the conference.
